Vehicle & cap
MSRP for residual math. Where: Monroney / window sticker MSRP line — lease residual % usually references MSRP.
Negotiated vehicle selling price before rebates. Where: lease worksheet capitalized cost breakdown, agreed price, or vehicle selling price line.
Add-ons in cap cost. Where: cap-cost itemization — warranties, accessories, protection products in the lease.
Acquisition / bank fee in cap. Where: lease worksheet acquisition fee row or disclosure fee schedule.
Other fees in cap cost. Where: lease recap fee lines — doc prep, dealer fees bundled into cap (not DMV cash).
Manufacturer incentive program label. Where: rebate flyer, incentive sheet dealer gave you, or worksheet rebate description — dollars go next field.
Dollar amounts are not available from a public API; pick the program that matches your offer, then type the cap reduction in the next field.
Rebate dollars reducing cap. Where: cap cost reduction / rebate lines totaling dollars on lease worksheet.
Cash cap reduction / down toward cap. Where: due-at-signing or cap breakdown labeled customer cash, cap reduction, or cash down.
Trade-in helper — API or offline estimate, then apply here.
Trade allowance. Where: appraisal worksheet or lease recap trade allowance line.
Trade payoff to lender. Where: payoff quote (good-through date), lender portal, or loan statement balance.

Terms, tax, drive-off
Lease term. Where: lease quote term row or contract (36 / 39 / 48 months, etc.).
Annual mileage allowance. Where: lease mileage line on disclosure (10k / 12k / 15k per year typical).
Money factor (decimal). Where: lease worksheet money factor row — if only rent charge or APR is shown, ask dealer for money factor.

Residual percent of MSRP. Where: lease worksheet residual % line or lender residual sheet for that term/miles.
Dollar residual if quoted. Where: lease recap residual value column — leave 0 if only % is shown.
Titling / registration state. Where: lease contract registration block or driver license state.
Tax rate override. Where: dealer tax breakdown, county assessor site, or state DMV estimator when ZIP lookup is wrong.
Security deposit at signing. Where: due-at-signing disclosure security deposit line (often zero).
Title & registration cash at signing. Where: DMV/TTL estimate on worksheet or dealer fee addendum.
Other drive-off cash. Where: itemized due-at-signing — first payment at signing, dealer signing fees not listed elsewhere.
