Trade-in

Pick your used vehicle in the federal vPIC catalog. Optionally use SteadyAPI AutoHub for a richer VIN trim decode and a trade-in / depreciation figure once AutoHub is enabled for your API key in the Steady dashboard (in addition to the free AssetDropper depreciation call or the offline estimate). Add payoff if you still owe on the trade, and send the numbers to the lease calculator.

AutoHub (SteadyAPI) needs your Steady account to have access to the AutoHub product for that key—including free keys, which may still have to be linked or activated in your Steady dashboard (plans / subscriptions). If the API says “no active subscription,” that is Steady’s wording for product access (not only “paid” plans). Meanwhile use Trim from VIN (federal vPIC) and Fetch from depreciation API or Offline estimate. This page uses the correct base /v1/vehicles/..., plus apikey and Authorization: Bearer.
